With an impressive win over West Virginia, the Sooners moved to No. 10 in this week’s AP college football poll. Oklahoma had previously been ranked No. 15 by the sportswriters.
Ohio State maintained its No. 1 ranking, despite a struggle against Indiana, winning 34-27. This puts Ohio State in a tie with the Oklahoma program for the most weeks at the top spot since the poll’s inception.
Future conference foes Baylor and TCU are ranked No. 2 and 3, respectively.
