While some Sooners fans are leaping off buildings and looking for OU coaches to join them, there were some positives to come from Saturday’s 31-30 loss to Kansas State.
Sterling Shepherd, for example. Shepard had 15 catches for 197 yards. He become only the fourth OU receiver in history to have that many catches in a game. He tied the school record.
He is emerging as one of the most prolific of Sooner pass catchers in recent memory.
ESPN called him “unstoppable.”
So, there. That’s a positive.
