For the first game on Saturday against Tulsa, LB Tom Wort will wear No. 12 for the OU defense in honor of the late Austin Box, OU communications director Kenny Mossman said today. The Sooners will rotate No. 12 among defenders this season.
Wort will also be the signal caller for the defensive squad, in place of Senior LB Travis Lewis, who is out with injury to his foot.
