As it is in the Sooners’ best interest, I will be starting a Go Fund Me page to make sure Oklahoma State has the necessary funds to retain Mike Gundy as the head football coach.
My assumption is he will once again request a raise in the offseason and will most likely get it if history is any indicator.
After all, his current salary of 5 million dollars a year is a slap in the face for a head coach who now has a 2-14 record against his school’s main rival.
So please, consider giving to this worthy cause. No donation is too small. Keep up the good work Mike, we Sooners think you are doing a great job.
Following a COVID “bye” week and a schedule switch, we now have the Baylor Bears coming to Norman for a Saturday night match against the surging Sooners.
Baylor might be the scariest 2 and 5 team in the country.
Check out these scores: A 38-31 loss to Iowa St. in Ames. They lost to Texas Tech in Lubbock 24-23. A 27-16 loss to Texas in Austin.
We need to jump on them early and keep our foot on their throat – Dave
And an overtime 27-21 loss to West Virginia in Morgantown.
They were actually up by 14 points over Iowa St. in the second half in Ames.
I know we are three touchdown favorites and should role these guys. But Baylor isn’t going to just forfeit the game.
The Sooners need to be prepared to play the best they have played all year and not let the Bears have any confidence at any point during the night.
We need to jump on them early and keep our foot on their throat.
There is so much distraction with COVID and talks of getting into the Big 12 Title game again. All I keep hearing is if we can beat West Virginia in Morgantown we are in.
Everyone is overlooking lowly Baylor. Baylor — who is not as helpless as everyone seems to think.
So the Worry Meter is at 75% this week. Just play to the level at which we are capable, and we will be one step closer to Arlington.
With all that being said….BOOMER!!!

Kickoff: 7 pm Norman (Fox)
